Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR)

HSE or Health Safety Environment is the part that controls the factors that can affect a person’s health and a person’s safety at work and the environment that can be maintained properly without environmental pollution. The existence of an HSE part in a company is not without reason but there are laws and regulations that oblige a company to follow the applicable rules regarding Work Safety, namely Law No.1 of 1970 concerning Work Safety which regulates the requirements for Occupational Health and Safety requirements.

In a company, usually has a department or part of an organizational structure that has a main function of the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) starting from Planning, Organizing, Implementing and Monitoring and Reporting. Meanwhile, in companies that exploit natural resources, the role of the environment is added (environmental protection).
